YieldQuest shall not disclose such confidential client information to any affiliate, or any unaffiliated entity or person for any purpose other than to perform the activities contemplated by the normal course of YieldQuest's business dealings with Clients or by applicable law.
 
9. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES. YieldQuest may include links to sites owned, operated or maintained by persons or entities other than YieldQuest as a convenience to you.
